Who is responsible for Veryfing All Pilots?

⚠️ Warning

The FAA actively monitors the web searching for postings of aerial images without out the proper certification. Individuals who violate could result in a hefty fine and possible criminal prosecution. The FAA also states that realtors and/or real estate agencies are responsible for verifying all pilot certifications before utilizing services. The agency or agent can be held liable for knowingly hiring an uncertified pilot and is subject to thousands of dollars in penalties per property.

DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, higher a licensed professional!

Do you have Liability Insurance for Flying?

It is important that anyone operating a drone for commercial use possess liability insurance, especially if they are representing your agency/agent. Drone insurance is not like any other liability insurance policies. Most drone pilots or drone companies utilize “on demand liability insurance”. This type of insurance allows the drone operator to schedule insurance coverage per diem. The minimum policy covers up to $2,000,000 in property damages/bodily injuries and will be included in your drone package. If additional coverage is required, an additional fee may apply.

Does Weather affect Flying a Drone?

Weather plays a big part in operating a drone successfully. Clouds, fog, rain, snow, hot and cold

weather can cause many hazardous flight conditions. Alternate days will be discussed during

the booking in case of inclement weather conditions.

FAA Part 107 regulations state: The Remote Pilot in Command reserves the right to cancel a

mission due to hazardous conditions.

When is the Best time to Shoot Aerial Footage?

The best time to shoot aerial photos/video is about 30 – 60 minutes after sunrise and before
sunset.

Are your Drone Pilots Licensed?
