Successful in marketing each property by providing you captivating imaging! Most people think lighting and staging are the only elements to capturing the best shot.

However, our professional team members are encouraged to be creative and think outside the box! We consider each home, a blank canvas and the person behind the camera, an artist. Our photographers/videographers are trained experts, with years of experience in real estate photography. They will be looking for the best angles/views to highlight the beauty of each room. Preparation for your Streamline Aerial Images interior photoshoot.

Cleaning and Staging: All rooms should be free of clutter, cleaned (dust-free/vacuumed) and organized. It is also recommended that all windows, glass or shiny objects be cleaned and/or polished. Personal wall hangings (photos/diplomas) should be removed or covered up.

Tip: Too much furniture or not enough, may alter the perception of actual room size. Composition and depth are extremely important when taking the shot. Adding flower arrangements and/or plants can make the home look warm and inviting.

Lighting is Everything: Natural light plays a key factor in getting a beautiful photo. It is important to have all window coverings open and all lights turned on to provide good exposure. If necessary, Streamline Aerial Images will provide artificial lighting to enhance the shot.

Navigating the Home: If the property is currently occupied, arrangements should be made to ensure homeowners and/or pets vacate during the photoshoot. And all rooms should be accessible with no obstructions. Home Features should be discussed with photographer/videographer ex: Pool, lake view, private balcony, gourmet kitchens etc.

Communication is Key: Time, date, location, and contact information and any other important information. should be discussed prior to appointment. Streamline Aerial Images requests access to the property 30 minutes before the scheduled shoot time to allow time for visual inspection of floorplan/layout and equipment setup or any last-minute adjustments. If the home is spacious enough with vaulted ceilings, Streamline Aerial Images may ask your permission to utilize a drone inside the home to capture height/depth.
